We have developed \u201cPerformance Outcomes\u201d related to those core values in which DDRG will deliver a value-add service to the community, and \u201cPerformance Means\u201d \u2013 what is necessary to achieve the Performance Outcomes. DDRG has structured its core work plan according to these roles, which are organized along committee and Board structure:<\/p>\n<p><em>Event management coordinates activities and fun events centered on downtown areas, businesses or seasons.
